A time of the year that we use to deal with all those activities which help make your vacation unforgettable. Since our top priority is your safety, we have put into practice a series of measures to guarantee your serenity and safety during the whole stay.
Check-in and Check-out
- We have set up a service that allows you make your check-in online in a completely autonomous way. You will find a corresponding area on our website. What if you forget about the online check-in? Don’t worry about that, we will remind you in sufficient time by sending you an email with the instructions.;
- During the physical check-in at the reception we will proceed as quickly as possible, and this is where we would like to ask you for your cooperation by reducing your stay in common spaces to what is absolutely necessary;
- At the reception you will find medical face masks and hygienic hand sanitizer gel;
- In order to provide the best possible protection for your health by means of the reduction of social contacts, all the check-in and settling procedure will be carried out at your arrival;
- Possibility to measure your body temperature in order to make your stay as safe as possible;
- Our front-desk staff will always be wearing a medical face mask to guarantee the best possible protection of your health. However, we assure you that we still welcome you with a big smile, although that might not be physically visible.
Common spaces and disinfection
- In the common spaces with most customer traffic (front-desk, elevators) you will find dispensers with hygienic hand sanitizer gel;
- All the surfaces of the common areas are being sanitized frequently;
- The common passage areas are sanitized with specific products;
- In order to guarantee social distancing, we have separated the entrance and exit ways according to the areas of common access to the apartments.
Apartments
- The apartments are thoroughly sanitized with specific products and certified detergents after each departure;
- Throughout the whole cleaning works, the windows are kept open in order to provide the best possible ventilation of the accommodation;
- Upon request it is possible to hire bed linen and bathroom towels provided directly by our trusted industrial laundry and disinfected with high temperature treatment by means of professional machinery.
